Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items: hemp products. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for the return authorization process.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

Return Processing Time

Once the return is authorized and received, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The product must be in 100% the same new conditionas it was sent out for the return to be accepted.
